Iranian General Commemorates Teacher’s Day, Highlights Army Preparedness

In a statement marking Teacher’s Day, Major General Amir Hatami emphasized the pivotal role of committed professors and teachers in enhancing the capabilities and successes of Iran’s armed forces. Under the leadership of Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, the Iranian army is reported to be better prepared than ever, standing firm against any potential threats or hostilities.

Hatami highlighted the importance of lessons learned from past conflicts, particularly the 8-year imposed war and recent unfair wars, in shaping the current defense strategy. He stressed that elevating the army’s defensive power and readiness is crucial for fulfilling its responsibilities to protect Iran’s independence, territorial integrity, and Islamic Republic status.
